Fundraiser Update
and Announcement of New BigGive Appeal

Our Go Fund Me Christmas Appeal to help with set up costs for our important Findhorn Dune Restoration project was generously supported by 38 local supporters through the appeal website.  It brought in a much needed £1770 and with a further £600 donated through our website donate tab has given us a total of £2370 which has gone towards covering essential project set up costs. 

A huge THANK YOU  to all who have supported us in this way- without you it would be much harder for our good work to happen!

Our next challenge is to fund the pilot project work that will be taking place on the ground this coming winter.  We have been successful in qualifying for the  BigGive Green Match Funding appeal and they have been able to find us a champion to help us match fund up to £5000 any money given during the fundraising week from the 18th to the 25th April..  This means that if we were able to raise £5000 during that week we would have £10,000 which would pay for the whole pilot project this winter. So please save your pennies, put the 18th to the 25th April dates in your diaries and together let’s see if we can collectively finance this project through this BigGive match funding appeal.  Thank you again for your essential support.
