What we do
The Findhorn Hinterland Trust is a member-led not-for-profit that owns and manages 50 hectares of sand dunes and woodland land on the Findhorn peninsula (‘the hinterland’) to the east of the Findhorn village and north of the Findhorn Ecovillage community. The FHT’s Purpose is to promote ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION and improvement; EDUCATE the local community and wider public; encourage COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT and to provide RECREATIONAL FACILITIES. The FHT also owns and manages a small Green (natural) Burial ground situated within the Findhorn Hinterland.
We invite you to become a member, you will support our work and receive a regular (quarterly) newsletter keeping you up to date with what’s happening on the land.
