Information the Trust holds for contacting its members:

• Name and address
• Email address and telephone number/s
• Skills offered which may assist the Trust
• Some group photos of work parties and social events

This information is stored on the Trust’s membership database and is accessed by the Trustees and Committee only. Personal data is never passed on to a third party.

Members’ Rights

• Members have the right to be removed from the membership list
• To see what information is stored on them
• Change or remove details
• To notify the organisation if they wish personal images to not be shown publicly

Consent

By ticking the consent box in the online or paper application form, a member agrees to have their personal data as noted above held by the Findhorn Hinterland Trust.
