Following-on from our Nature30 certification last year, NatureScot have just released a podcast celebrating our work: ‘Secrets in the Sand: Findhorn Dunes Rewilded’.

There are interviews with FHT team members Alan Watson Featherstone and Jonathan Caddy, as well as ecologist Sean Reed. The podcast gives a great insight into the value of the Hinterland for biodiversity, the history and background of FHT’s work, and our hopes for the future.

It’s a fascinating success story, and it’s available not only on their website, but also on podcast apps such as Spotify and Apple.

NatureScot’s Facebook and LinkedIn posts reached over 8000 people in the first week since it was released on the 10th of June – and these numbers will continue to grow over the coming weeks as more people discover the episode.

This podcast truly is helping to put the FHT conservation work on the national map. We hope you enjoy listening to the podcast – and please feel free to share this good news story as widely as possible!
